War has left its indelible mark on the bodies of the men in Nina Berman’s photo exhibit of veterans from the war in Iraq.

“Purple Hearts: Back from Iraq” documents the stories of men who fought in Iraq and returned home missing pieces of their bodies and minds. The images of post-adrenaline loss are some of the most haunting we’ve ever seen.

Yesterday Doug Jaeger did a photo shoot with the models who are touring the country on the Lucky Brand Denim 1949 Flxible bus. The bus is crossing the country twice, from LA to NYC and back, hitting burger joints, bars, and Lucky retail stores as they spread love in the summer of '07.
