Out friends at lvhrd have been following the work of Yazmany Arboleda.  He is the creator of an exhibit that features at related to the democratic presidential campaigns.  The Exhibit was in two galleries in chelsea, but were taken down due the their controversial nature.  He has recently found a new place to show the work for a limited 24 hour show.

Last night we went to the 87th Art Directors Club Awards Gala, an event we creative directed with help from Trollbäck.

The keystone of the design aesthetic was The Wall, a 58 foot swath of white that designer Jon Chonko traversed for two days with a carpenter’s pencil, painstakingly writing THE AWARDS with nothing more than subtle line gradations.
