Ethiopia and Australia are friends.

Human beings are the most amazing things in the world. Be kind to them. Even the ones you don’t know. Even the ones you think you’ll never see again.

That does not mean you have to always be sweet or nice. It means you should always do human beings the courtesy of treating them as authentic, living, breathing creatures who have as much right to occupy space on this planet as you do.

Every person you see has a mind, and every one of those minds is full of thoughts you have never thought before. That is AMAZING. We should protect each other’s right to think new thoughts with everything we have.

So Happy Earth Day. We’re glad you’re alive at the some point in history as we are.
