thehappycorp global is seeking a producer to be the ringmaster to our creative circus. You will organize company resources to deliver award winning creative product on time and under budget. You will oversee numerous projects simultaneously while working with company management to refine and improve thehappycorp global’s internal processes. You will work with teams of art directors, designers, illustrators, editors, motion graphics artists, and more. Our staff is passionate, creative and looking to make a mark while making a difference.

WHO ARE YOU?
You have a love affair with problem solving and the beauty of a good system. You have a strong grasp of budgets and deadline and how they drive the creative process. You have the experience to produce a wide variety of projects including websites, print campaigns, magazines, videos, packaging, motion graphics, and 3D (to name a few). You are capable of managing projects from start to finish with a high level of quality. You are self motivated, detail oriented and highly organized, with good interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets
• Management of external client contacts and communications
• Defining the overall scope of projects and developing a sound implementation plan
• Manage the execution of creative projects from start to finish
• Develop the internal processes that support service delivery, profitability and client satisfaction
• Work with Head of Production to continually recruit new talent to complement your division
• Develop pool of available, talented and affordable freelance talent for a variety of skill set areas
• Gather technical specs, oversee wire-frames and site architecture
• Lead client meetings when necessary
• Execution and production management of internal marketing communications strategies
• Publish externally and be an active contributor to internal company publications
• Work with Management to compile presentations and collateral for new business pitches
• Manage production of internal company websites
• Manage employee/client interaction with thehappycorp production management tools
• Write proposals and create project estimates
• Contribute ideas to the creative process
• Manage the creation of documentation and process documents allowing future employees to accomplish tasks more efficiently

PREFERRED SKILLS

• 2 to 5 years of related experience
• Proven track record of problem-solving under minimal supervision
• Strong strategic, organizational and written skills
• Sound creative judgment
• Technical know-how
• Superior client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate creative individuals to achieve greatest quality and output
• Ability to think forward about potential issues and how to prevent/manage them
• Strong leadership presence and confidence
• Assertive, yet flexible, even-tempered and highly motivated
• Team player and diplomatic with a positive attitude
• Ability and motivation to learn new skills quickly and easily
• Previous interactive production experience
• Previous experience producing websites, packaging and print projects
• Previous experience producing events
