thehappycorp global is seeking a an interactive designer who has a passion for art, design and the possibilities of a digital world. You will work with thehappycorp global creative team on a wide variety of projects for thehappycorp clients and LVHRD.

WHO ARE YOU?
You believe digital will play a role in most of your creative work, but you don’t like being pigeon holed into making just one kind of creative product. You have the experience to lead teams on a wide variety of creative endeavors, including websites, print design, videos, packaging, motion graphics, and 3D (to name a few). You have a great conceptual sense and the ability to sell your work to clients.

You are self motivated, detail oriented and highly organized, with good interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. You are comfortable with a variety of technical components including flash action script, and video editing. You should be well versed in XML, CSS and Actionscript 2.0 or higher.

• 2 to 5 years of related experience
• Assertive, yet flexible, even-tempered and highly motivated
• Team player and diplomatic with a positive attitude
• Experience working with clients and project teams to execute creative solutions with business goals in sight
• Impeccable, cutting-edge design skills
• Firm understanding of information architecture and interaction design
• Solid foundation in typography
• Expertise in the full Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong Flash skills
• An in-depth understanding of HTML, XML and the capabilities of Web browsers
• Good understanding of information architecture and the ability to work from wire-frames
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn new skills
• Previous interactive agency experience

Position reports to the Executive Creative Director.
