From a quick glance, it almost looks as if thehappycorp, with his square head, welcoming smile, and overall cheery disposition, could be the younger, half brother of the nefarious Dr. Cube from wrestling phenomenon, Kaiju Big Battel. But while thehappycorp represents all that’s good and pink in this world, Dr. Cube is the embodiment of evil in a surgeon’s suit.

Their similarities are only geometrically skin deep. Though they both have square heads, Dr. Cube has absolutely NO relation to thehappycorp. In fact, he is the very antithesis of everything thehappycorp stands for: truth, justice, and the overall pursuit of gross national happiness.

But for those who don’t know head nor tail about the insane world of Kaiju Big Battel, follow closely. Started in Boston back in 1995, Kaiju takes the best of wrestling-the lunacy-and the best of Japanese cinema-people in big rubber suits-and blends them together in one refreshingly sloppy slurry of hilarity and good times. As the storyline goes, there are warring factions between the good guys, and the bad guys, and Dr. Cube is the absolute worst.

Luckily, thehappycorp is distinct from that troubling, forgotten Nazi experiment. Two separate cubes, two separate outlooks on life.
