Last Tuesday, October 3rd 2006, in conjunction with New York’s acclaimed Art Directors Club, partnered with trend-spotting blog Cool Hunting for a celebration of the web site’s 50 video podcast episodes. Produced by m ss ng p eces, the Cool Hunting Podcast Series chronicles modern day developments in technology, design, fashion and even flora. LVHRD’s own Bi-Fold series with Paul Pope and Mark DeNardo is also featured amongst the first 50 episodes.

The centerpiece for the event was a unique Cool Hunting DVD containing the first 50 episodes and distributed free to all guests. Complete with directors’ commentary from Ari Kushnir and Scott Thrift of m ss ng p eces, the DVD is a visual archive of the blog’s unique style of reporting and preemptive affinity towards lasting trends and styles.
