Dear Friends,
We’re beside ourselves with worry! This is an official declaration that thehappycorp’s smiling, pink-in-the-face flag has gone missing. Has it been kidnapped? Has it suffered some terrible injury at the hands of NoLIta ne’er-do-wells? Is it still alive?
Alas, only time will tell. Whether the flag is gone forever or if it will one day return, thehappycorp has put out a new one (in a contrasting color) in hopes of signaling locals and Spring Street frequenters to be on the alert. One such local was heard remarking on the matter to another shop owner: “Oh, look! Their old flag is gone so they’ve gone and put up a new one.” We hope others will similarly spread word.

It seems yours is not the only happy face that has gone missing - since I am home now I sometimes watch the Ellen Degeneres show - someone stole her happy face potato chip! I hope this isn’t the work of a serial happy face stealer!

The last time I saw that flag was on saturday the 16th, hanging out with this guy Tyler and a bunch of his friends at the Pink Pony.
i will hunt down and destroy the evil-doers responsible for taking that flag - damn them!
