It all began with a simple idea. We need great interns and we
don't like the process finding them. So lets change it. Turns out
that the process we created seems to work out a whole lot better.
We create hilarious, cheeky posts that talk in the language of
the people we're looking for, we post in extremely targeted places
to attract the best pool of talent. Then we engage them in fun
creative challenges that show their skills and creativity relating
directly the tasks they will encounter in their job. Their talent
gets them in the door and makes the face-to-face stuff a fun formality.
