On Friday nights, from 6 to 8 PM you can join your friends from thehappycorp at the Palais Royale (173 Mott Street, between Broome and Grand). It’s warm and cozy, with a mean jukebox and dangerously good drink specials. You can join the happyhustlers at the pool table, have an enormous Styrofoam cup of on-tap beer, chat with your favorite pirate, AAARRR!!!, or just take up space…However you do it, you’re invited.
On October 14th we’ll be hosting our potential Fall 2005 intern candidates at this week’s happier happy hour. Our PR and Design Intern potentials completed this season’s installment of “The Intern Challenge v2.1″ with flying colors. Our potential designers redesigned web pages, created CD Covers, and showed their flash skills by animating some of the world’s more pleasant products (from the flowbee to the instant fireplace). PR prospectives proved their skills at “The Art of The Press Release”, dazzled us with their phone skills, and showed us how they can spread the word about The Ultimate Ultimate Challenge. We’re proud of their accomplishments and their real willingness to be a part of thehappycorp team. Everybody, come on down to the happier happy hour and meet this season’s candidates.
